All intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, and content provided by ERPONE remain the exclusive property of ERPONE Pvt. Ltd. The User is granted a limited license to use the application solely for the duration of their subscription.

While ERPONE employs best practices for security, the User is responsible for protecting confidential and sensitive information stored within their account. Users must adopt strong security practices, such as using complex passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

5. Violations

ERPONE reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this usage policy. In the event of violations, ERPONE may take corrective actions, including account suspension or termination, and report illegal activities to relevant authorities.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Local Installation Clause - Hosting, Data Backup, and Security Disclaimer

  1. Intranet Hosting and LAN Access
    The application is designed to function in various environments, including local intranets and access through Local Area Networks (LAN). However, the responsibility for hosting the application within an intranet environment, including setup, configuration, and ongoing management, lies solely with the client. We do not assume any responsibility for performance, availability, or functionality when the application is hosted on your internal infrastructure.
  2. Data Backup
    It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that proper data backup mechanisms are in place when hosting the application within their intranet or LAN environment. We will not be responsible for any data loss, corruption, or backup failures occurring due to inadequate backup systems or processes on the client’s part.
  3. Data Security
    The client is fully responsible for the security of their network, server infrastructure, and application when hosted within their internal environment. This includes, but is not limited to, protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, or other forms of cyber threats. We will not be held liable for any security breaches, data theft, or other cybersecurity incidents that may occur.
  4. Support
    Our support services will not include troubleshooting, managing, or resolving issues related to hosting within your intranet or LAN environment. Any hosting, backup, or security-related issues must be managed internally by the client’s IT team or third-party service providers engaged by the client.
