Product Delivery:

• Digital Delivery: Upon purchase or subscription activation, users will receive an email with login credentials and access to the platform.
• Onboarding: Any necessary onboarding, setup, or training services will be provided digitally through online sessions, user guides, or support resources.
• Access Time: Users can access the platform immediately after the setup confirmation. The setup time can take anywhere between 7-15 business days, depending on the workflow required for the user.

All services and products are delivered electronically through the ERPONE platform.
