This Privacy Policy outlines how ERPONE collects uses, and protects your personal information when you use our IT services and visit our website. By accessing our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Subscription Plans:

Annual Subscriptions:
  • Cancellations are allowed at any time, but no refunds for the remaining period.
  • A refund may be provided if the cancellation happens within the first 7-14 days of the subscription start date, depending on company policy.
One-Time Setup Fee Policy:
  • Cancellation: Setup services are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Refunds: No refunds for completed setup services. Partial refunds may apply if services are canceled before substantial progress has been made.
  • Generally, no refunds for unused subscription periods. However, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis (e.g., technical issues or dissatisfaction within a specified period).
Data Retention:
  • After cancellation, ERPONE will retain user data for a 30-day period, allowing users to back up or export their information before permanent deletion.
