Terms and Conditions for ERPONE SaaS Application
1. Definitions
- ERPONE: The SaaS application provided by Onedata Software Solutions Private Limited.
- User: Any individual or organization subscribing to and using ERPONE.
- Subscription: The pricing plan and duration agreed upon between the User and ERPONE.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using ERPONE, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not accept the terms, they should refrain from using the service.
3. Subscription and Access
3.1 Subscription Plans: ERPONE offers various subscription tiers. Each plan provides specific services, and the User will only have access to those features specified in the chosen plan.
3.2 Billing and Payments: The subscription fees are payable in advance according to the chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable.
3.3 Access to Services: The User is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to ERPONE based on their subscription. Unauthorized access or use beyond the scope of the subscription is prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance: The User agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using ERPONE.
4.2 Account Security: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under their account.
4.3 Data Backup: The User is responsible for backing up their data. ERPONE is not liable for any loss of data resulting from user error or other issues beyond its control.
5. Service Availability
ERPONE will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 24/7 availability due to factors such as maintenance, technical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
ERPONE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Data Ownership
All data uploaded or generated by the User while using ERPONE remains the User’s property. ERPONE will not use this data for any purpose without the User’s consent, except as required to provide the service.
8. Termination
ERPONE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any User who violates these Terms or is found to misuse the platform.
9. Modifications
ERPONE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
